 168 Frisco TX Homes Sold for $55,579,418 in September 2011

The lowest priced home sold for $106,200 in Preston Oaks (off Hillcrest between Rolater & Main Street). It is a single-family home with 3-bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, 1,800 square feet,2-story property built in 1994. It took 104 days to sell. It is HUD foreclosure.

The highest priced Frisco TX home was sold in Stonebriar Creek for $ 2.7 Million - a 8,000 square-foot 6-bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms, custom built estate on 5.8 acres of beautiful backyard oasis, lots of natural lighting and upscale upgrades. Although this property is built in 1979, it has been completely upgraded to today's features and standards. It took 6 months to sell.

The average home in Frisco TX is $ 330,830. An average home in Frisco TX is a 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3,300 square feet. The average price per square feet is $99/sq.ft. The average days on market to sell a home in Frisco TX is 83 days for September 2011.

The median sales price of Frisco TX homes is $283,875. This means half the homes sold in Frisco TX in September sold for less than $283,875 and half over $283,875. 38.769
