Loreena is very thorough in her presentation and pre-sale information gathering. So thorough in fact, that by the end of the process she knew what we were feeling and the kind of house we were looking for before we did! To say the least, we were very demanding of Loreena, her time, her patience and her good nature. ( Her sense of humor is a work in progress. ) Loreena was always well prepared for any turn of events in the negotiation process whether buying or selling ( both at the same time in our case ). She will also be ready to offer her valuable advice at those times when "reason" can be replaced with "feelings" which in the process of selling/buying a house is most times counterproductive.
