The lowest priced home sold for $69,000 (2-bedroom, 1 1/2-bathroom property, 1,033 square feet). A condominium unit at Pheasant Landing foreclosed by Bank of America. It took 46 days to sell this property.
 

The most expensive priced home sold for just over $1 million (5-bedroom, 5 full bathrooms and 2 half baths, approximately 6,500 square feet) at Hills at Prestonwood located close to Midway and West Parker. This is an exquisite English countryside estates that sits on a private wooded lot overlooking the golf course along with a beautiful swimming pool, waterfall and cobbled patio seating for backyard entertaining. Commercial grade kitchen appliances and a climate controlled designated wine room! It took 466 days to sell.
 

The average home in Plano Texas is 4-bedroom, 3 bathrooms, just over 2,500 square feet and sold for $229,092 in 65 days on the market.

The October 2009 numbers performed better than October 2008. Although small improvements, it is a 9% improvement. However, for the year (2009), Plano TX sold 2,470 homes while in 2008, it sold 3,020 by this time of the year. It is down 18%. Even though there are less homes SOLD, the days on market it took these homes to sell are approximately 2 weeks shorter.
