Shoal Creek Plano TX Homes for Sale is a luxury home community for buyers in the high $300Ks to million dollar estates. Shoal Creek is divided in 6 phases, with the first five phases of Shoal Creek typically know as the higher-end Shoal Creek, and Shoal Creek Phase VI & Villas of Shoal Creek.

The less expensive homes are built by tract builders like Grand Homes and D.R. Horton while the estate homes are often times custom built by builders like Citelli Homes, Lonnie Gray Premier Custom Homes, Summerlin Homes, Bob Bobbitt Custom Homes and Ventura Custom Homes.

Here at Shoal Creek, homes are built in typical Plano size lots (less than 1/4 acre) and there are homes in the zero-lot lines too, for those who may not want to maintain an extensive landscaping. Smaller homes can be found in 3,000 square feet while the larger custom-built estates over 5,000 square feet.

You can expect Custom cabinetry throughout the house, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, spacious kitchen that open to family room which are great for entertaining. The majestic floorplan is truly inviting and make you fall in love as soon as you step in.

Shoal Creek Homes are conveniently located off the North Texas Tollway. Within minutes, you are on your way to your destination. Frisco is approximately 10 minutes on the Tollway, restaurants and shopping at the Willow Bend Mall area within 5 minutes, Legacy Shopping Center within 10 minutes and there is a Costco Warehouse, Super Walmart, Petsmart and lots of Starbucks coffee also within a 10-minute driving radius.

Shoal Creek Homes is a 150-acre master-planned development nestled in the beautiful north west of Plano Texas. Amenities of Shoal Creek include community swimming pool, gym facility, fountains, ponds, greenbelts and hike and bike trails. There are about 300 homes in Shoal Creek.

School Information:
School children of Shoal Creek Phase VI attend the Plano Independent School District. Exemplary status Barksdale Elementary, Renner Middle School, Shepton Junior High and West Plano High School while school children of Shoal Creek Phase I-V attend the Lewisville Independent School District: Hicks Elementary, Arborcreek Middle School and Hebron High School. The Plano ISD and Lewisville ISD have been known for their high quality education, with many high school students average SAT scores of 1149 (among the top 5 for the metroplex).

Shoal Creek is located west of the Tollway between Spring Creek Parkway and McKamy Trail off Midway.
